By using the Cothon booking platform you agree to these terms. Reservations are subject to availability and the specific cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking. Prices shown are per room per night and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Check-in and check-out times are set by each property. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and is subject to availability and additional charges.

We collect personal information necessary to process your bookings, including name, email, phone number, and payment details. Your data is processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the duration of your relationship with us plus the legally required retention period. You may request data export or deletion at any time through your profile settings.

Cancellation policies vary by rate type and property. Free cancellation rates allow changes up to the deadline shown at booking. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified without charge. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. In the event of a no-show, the full stay amount will be charged. Group bookings and special event reservations may have separate cancellation terms.

When public comparison data is available for the same property, room type, and stay date, our booking flow may show a direct-rate comparison badge. If no verified parity data is available, we do not display a savings claim. Final room pricing, taxes, fees, and cancellation terms remain those shown during booking confirmation.
